Our Green Schools Committee has been on a fun mission to discover our global connections as part of the Green Schools programme.
We discovered that the pupils of St. Patrick's Junior School have connections reaching far and wide, from our favourite sports people to countries we have visited on holidays. We also discovered where our favourite foods and drinks come from! Many of our pupils have family and friend connections around the world and we have displayed the many languages of our school around our global connections board. We can say "hello" in many languages!
So, next time you pass by our Global Connections display, give a friendly nod to all the "hellos" that sparkle on our wall and see what connections you have with other places around the world.
