Belly Breathing

Why don’t you try some Belly Breathing at home? This will help you to relax after a busy day!

First, lie on the floor and place a soft toy on your belly.

Next, place your hands by your sides and breathe normally.

Watch your soft toy as it moves up and down on your belly.

Then, start to count as you breathe in and out. Breathe in 1,2,3, breathe out 1,2,3.

Repeat this five times and then take notice to see if your body feels any different!

Do you feel calm?

Do you feel more relaxed?
